At the territory of Poti FIZ works for connection to the electrical power supply network are carried out by Poti FIZ Utilities Management FCZ LLC. The Cost of connecting to the electricity power network is determined according to connection scheme/project, required capacity, distance and technical specifications preliminarily agreed with Poti FIZ. The investor pays compensation subject to invoice submitted by Poti FIZ Utilities Management FZC LLC.

Poti FIZ company will be registered as a subscriber with electricity supply company and pay the cost of electricity consumed to electricity supply company based on a submitted bill with indicators from the meter and according to provided tariffs.

Poti FIZ Utilities Management FZC LLC provides a connection to the main water supply system. The Cost of connecting is determined according to the size of the leased land plot. Poti FIZ company will be registered as a subscriber with a water supply company and will pay the cost of water consumed to water supply company based on the submitted bill with indicators from the meter and according to provided tariffs.

According to Poti FIZ company request, it is possible to arrange a temporary sewage system (septic pit) on a leased land plot. The cost is single and Poti FIZ company pays it subject to invoice submitted by the Poti FIZ, or company can organize a temporary sewage system (septic pit) with its own forces and expenses.

Works for getting access to natural gas supply system are carried out by Poti FIZ Utilities Management FZC LLC. The Cost of connecting to natural gas supply network is determined according to the connection scheme/project, required capacity, distance and their technical specifications, which must be preliminarily agreed.
