Companies intending to incorporate their business at Poti FIZ are required to obtain a license. The type of license depends on the proposed activity in FIZ.
Poti Free Industrial Zone is authorized to issue respective licenses based on Law of Georgia on Free Industrial Zones and Georgian Government’s Resolution #131 dated June 3, 2008.
